I can't agree more.

I'd say the opposite in the upcoming interviews if they happen, but, as it is used in my company, it's only a hole to throw all you don't want to do in a serious project, knowing there won't be time or money for the refactoring.

Refactoring... yes... how much money goes to refactoring in an Agile project in a big company, where almost a hundred people is coding over the same files?
